"Plenty of options and an easy find"
There was a lot to choose from, but I found the laptop I wanted quickly. it’s nice when shopping isn’t made harder than it needs to be, just a decent selection and a straightforward experience

From what I remember, the driver updates went through without any real issues, so that part was fine. The software itself felt a bit clunky to use though, like it took an extra few clicks to get around. Overall, it was okay and did what I needed, just not the smoothest experience

"Heads up: my Dell repair actually went smoother than expected"
Just wanted to share this in case anyone is nervous about sending their Dell laptop in for repair. My screen was acting up, so I booked the repair through dell.com, the whole thing was easier than I expected. The updates were clear, it came back sooner than I thought, and the screen works fine now. Definitely back up your stuff before sending anything in, but my experience was good overall.

dell kept me updated, from the time I ordered, right up to delivery. The emails were clear, and they arrived when they said they would. I didn’t have to chase anything, which was nice, so overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Pretty easy to use... just a little slow"
I used Dell to look for a laptop, it was straightforward. The laptop section was easy to find, and the filters made it a lot quicker to narrow things down... which was nice. A few pages did take longer to load than I expected, and checkout had a couple more steps than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it’s a solid site, just feels like it could be a little smoother.

The site was way too slow. Pages took forever to load, and checkout kept freezing on me, which was super frustrating. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve avoided the whole hassle.

I sent my laptop in expecting the warranty process to be straightforward, but it ended up taking weeks. Support kept bouncing me from one person to another, and after all that, the laptop still isn’t fixed. Maybe this is just how their warranty service works, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it being quick or easy.

"Heads up: good Dell laptop, but watch for a couple things"
Just a quick warning for anyone buying a Dell laptop from Dell: the laptop itself has been really solid so far. The screen is sharp, the keyboard feels comfortable, and it runs smoothly for my everyday work without any issues.

That said, mine does get a little warm after longer use, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to be on it for hours. Also, the delivery box showed up with a small dent, which made me nervous, but thankfully the laptop was fine. Overall I’d still give it 4 stars, just wanted others to know before ordering

"Good laptop for the price"
I’m happy with this laptop so far. For the price, it does what I need and feels like a solid buy. I even went back and checked my receipt email after ordering, i don’t regret it at all.

“I did. I bought a machine that had hardware issues right out of the box and returned it within the 30-day window. They refunded me 100% of what I'd paid, no problem.”

How is dell's premium support services? are they worth it?

“I personally wouldn't buy another computer without the support services. I'm pretty tech savvy, but having the premium services means an extended warranty. If you end up with hardware issues it's WELL worth the added coverage.”
